If you have blueprints or any drawings and examples to provide, that’s great! However, these materials are not required. We’ll create design ideas together. We’ll also discuss your budget at this time. During our meeting, we’ll look at your project site as well to get a better idea of where we’re working and our options or limitations.
Step 2: Project Estimate
The second step of the process is getting project estimates. Based on your budget, we’ll start putting together a comprehensive design. Through attentive project management, you’ll receive a value analysis that outlines every detail. The project estimate will also include a construction timeline so you know when to expect finished results. This stage is truly where your project will begin and where Girl Contracting will take it from conception to completion.
Step 3: Construction Stage
Time to start your construction! We start off by setting a clear start and finish date. We’ll continue to work with you closely to select your preferred materials and color schemes. Girl Contracting is in partnership with a reliable and trustworthy group of tradesmen that will complete all of the laborious aspects of the project. We’ll arrange their services and keep you updated as the project progresses. Our main goal during the construction stage is to ensure we manage, coordinate, and supervise construction in the best interest of the owners and/or developers by staying in close communication.
Step 4: Final Walk-Through
Once the construction, design, or renovation is complete, we’ll go on a final walk-through together. Here, we’ll show you the ins and outs of your project and confirm that everything is to your liking. If for some reason it is not, we’ll get back to work to deliver you a flawless final product. We want to supply you with only the best results, and the final walk-through is where we can go through those details to ensure your ultimate satisfaction.
