Girl Contracting, Inc. is a commercial and residential construction company, specializing in design, build, and on-site management. Girl Contracting is a minority-owned small business, structured as an S-corporation. Mr. Malhon Sutton serves as the President.
Mr. Malhon Sutton - President
Mr. Sutton is a licensed Master Electrician and also the owner of an electrical company, namely, Electrical Hazards, Inc. Mr. Sutton has over 15 years of experience in Pennsylvania’s construction landscape. He possesses detailed knowledge of building systems and vast expertise in managing small and large-scale projects involving electrical system components. He is also extremely well-versed in International Building Codes, National Electrical Codes, and OSHA Standards. He is passionate about producing high-quality work and exceptionally adept at training apprentices in residential and commercial build.
Mrs. Lynette Sutton - Managing Partner
Girl Contracting’s daily business operations are managed by Mrs. Lynette Sutton. Mrs. Sutton is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Management Program. She has 13 years of experience in local real estate investing, including acquisition, rehab, and disposition.
She serves as the lead construction manager on all projects by coordinating estimates, design, and subcontractors, procuring materials, monitoring project status, permits/inspections, and project budgets. Ms. Sutton has an eye for detail and ensures each construction project reflects strong working relationships, quality construction, efficient management, and timely completion.
